Good luck getting your DEPOSIT back. Motorhome handed back 100% to off hire staff who confirmed all ok. Be chasing for weeks now and dont return calls or emails. I have now instructed my bank to deal with potential fraud.AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID THESE COWBOYSI wish I’d read these reviews before booking with them, done lessons are learned the hard way I guess.Motorhome heating and water systems did not work and no one from this company cared enough to even try to address it.There is way to contact them - web chat simply does not work and emails get ignored.I doubt I’ll see my deposit back, based on comments here, but will fight them all the way as they are a disgraceful company with no ethics or appreciation of customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!You will be spammed to death until they get your credit card details and insurance deposit, which once received they try every trick in the book not to refund to you including trying to charge you for every clause in the hire agreement. Luckily I had taken photos of the mileage, fuel levels etc before and after hire much to my relief in hindsight.They're still trying to charge me £100 for emptying the toilet which was empty and clean, as confirmed by the staff onsite when I returned the vehicle. I have just been told that they're charging me and that's it! without any evidence or proof of any cleaning work that needed to be carried out. They went on to say that the staff onsite don't have the authority to make those kind of decisions on whether the toilet was or wasn't empty, even though they physically checked and agreed that all was in order upon return.I am currently seeking legal advise and talking to trading standards about the practices of this company, I am happy to fight my battles but it worries me how many people do get scammed and eventually give up following the utter nonsense emails & text messages.It's completely spoiled what was a great weekend for my son's birthday and any plans that we did have to hire again. I will not be repeat customer of these highway men, nor will my family and friends who have asked for feedback. My parents were looking at a 1 month hire in August, I will pay them not to! It will be cheaper than the ridiculous charges.Hire at your own risk, ask your bank to block them from charging your credit card, photograph and film everything, including the emptying of the waste from the toilet or it will cost you hundreds in fraudulent charges!I'm still yet to receive my deposit refund due to their 28 working day hire clause, during which time all of this nonsense and diversion tactics carry on.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The booking procedure is fine: there are a few extras which crop up along the way (paying to leave a car per night and paying for a tv licence if you can't prove you have one).We are still waiting for our damage deposit. We were advised there was no damage and it Will be fully returned but it takes MORE THAN 28 WORKING DAYS for them to return your 1000 pounds+ to you. I hire cars regularly and those companies can return the deposit normally within 3 days...
