Absolutely excellent service

At the end of November 2022 my boiler had an intermittent fault which, due to its age meant that it could not be fixed and that the boiler had to be disconnected. I contacted Harris & Moore from to a local recommendation and James came to assess the situation the next day. They provided a quote for a new boiler and were not phased when I asked for a detailed breakdown of the costs which demonstrated true transparency.They did their best to fit me in as soon as possible (as I now had no heating) and carried out the work to a very high standard. They balanced the radiators and some that had never worked properly are now hot! James even made the point that they hadn't used some of the parts listed in the original quote and that they wouldn't charge me for them (a point he could have kept to himself, but again demonstrated the honesty of this company). They also explained everything that they had done and provided the necessary paperwork very quickly afterwards.I would definitely recommend James and Brendan and will be calling on them again for any future plumbing jobs.

James and Brendan have done a lot of work for us over the last few months and we have been so happy with everything they have done.They are fairly priced, have great communication, always tidy up after themselves and are nice people to have around the house.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company, efficient, prompt great communication and service.

Personally hope your plumbing is better than your driving... Had your transit van tailgate me through Otley, to the point I had to pull over, in poor weather conditions... Have some consideration for other road users...
