Really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease when normally I am quite anxious at dentists due to past experience.

I recently had a series of appointments with Alec and Alison and I was a little nervous to be honest. The service provided however was exceptional and I was talked through each step and this put my mind at rest and the end results are great.

Friendly reception staff, Bryony and Denise, very little waiting times, I always manage to book appointments at convenient times to suit.Alek and Alison always put me at ease, explaining exactly what treatment I’m receiving on the day, and they both have a great sense of humour..( which helps!)Lisa is always pleasant, kind, thorough and professional, as is her assistant BeckyI would highly recommend the Colne practice.

We have been attending this dental practice for orthodontics after a referral from our family dentist with the care given from Stephen and Natalie. They have been caring and empathetic whilst staying professional and offering a calm environment. They display good teamworking skills which I believe adds to the effectiveness of their work.

I had a very good experience this morning. Very helpful and extremely informative on what I’m going to need to have do to ensure my teeth are kept in good condition. I saw Natalie and Stephen and they were amazing.

If I could have given more stars then I would have! I have never been to a better dental practice and could not recommend them more. Dawn liaised with me before treatment and was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to source special instruments to deal with an implant that I had fitted abroad - she really exceeded my expectations and nothing was too much trouble for her. She personally met me when I arrived at the clinic and explained everything and came to find me after my treatment to make sure that I was happy. Dr Muataz Osman treated me: he was very thorough and gave me clear and useful feedback with recommendations for my ongoing dental health. He was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. All members of staff were welcoming and the whole environment was relaxing. I travelled 50 miles to visit this dentist. I would travel 500 miles if necessary to see them again.
