Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa

The staff made the stay enjoyable and welcoming. All of them! Yes some of the interior is dated and needs refurbishing but for the rates you pay I found it all very reasonable and I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The prices of the drinks at the bar are almost like central London which was a surprise. Loved the swimming pool!

Attended a dinner dance and meal with overnight stay here. It was stunning. The staff, although really busy, were brilliant. Excellent dinner and the self service breakfast in the morning was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend for a couple of nights away break.

I visited for 3 nights on a Caledonian Travel tour rooms were a good size and the comfortable beds and meals were nice as well from the buffet. I couldn't fault the place at all I didn't get a chance to use the spa but it was advised to book a week in advance before a visit. Plenty of area to walk around if you want too.

Visited for a few days to see a couple of tribute acts. Had a brilliant time. Despite it being busy the staff were polite, patient and helpful. The food was buffet style and very good for mass catering. The restaurant staff worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs. We are returning next year!

Overall I thought Bosworth Hall was lovely. Bedroom was really cold and radiator in bathroom wasn't working at all. Ongoing problem by the sounds of it. Food was great, Staff mainly friendly and helpul although the younger boys were a little vague and surly. Entertainment brilliant (Tribute weekend), Not really suitable for disabled, steps everywhere, no walk in showers. Despite negative comments I would still come here again.

The setting for the hotel is terrific. Check in was painless. There were trollies available to get your heavy luggage to the rooms. All areas were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, polite and considerate always willing to help. We attended a function there and the service and layout of the room was excellent. A very good stay and look forward to going again.

we stayed here for a Neil Diamond tribute show and the following night we saw an ABBA tribute with the later being the best.Bosworth hall hotel was not expensive and from a distance looks the part, it would certainly benefit from some investment and refurbishment.The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and were all just so friendly so they get 5 stars from us.Overall we were a party of 9 and were always sat together by our hosts at breakfast and our evening meal.The food was plentiful, tasty and served in a buffet style so not one of us left feeling hungry.I have to say the place wasn't perfect but I wouldn't hesitate to go back as I'm a believer in the fact that good customer service can make or break your experience and the customer service was fab as they seemed like friends.

Worst hotel ever. Freezing, room dreary, smell of drains was awful in room. Room not serviced in 3 day stay. Spoke to duty manager, Harriet, still waiting for her to come to my room. Very young staff , the only good thing about the hotel. Cramped buffet style restaurant, no butter, outside not gritted, so slippy. Needs to have a total refurbishment,

My wife surprised me with a party with my friends and family for my 60th birthday and I have to say, what a fantastic venue. Everything was perfect, the service, food rooms just spot on. A big thank you to Evita at the bar, such a friendly lady. Thank you, Paul Tyson.

Took my grandchildren to the festive afternoon .The service was excellent and the food was delicious.They also seen Santa and got a gift. I would certainly visit again.Perfect location .I would like to thank all the staff and not forgetting the DJ..for a lovely experience.Thank you.
