Go very careful if you are driving anywhere near this companies vehicles. Just nearly got wiped out by HX17 PUE on a roundabout which was my right of way and I was indicating and the drivers response was not to apologise but smile sarcastically. Smile won't last long when the police receive my dash cam footage.Your response is poor and why should I contact you when your driver was just blatantly dangerous. It was lucky that I noticed him speeding down to the roundabout and didn't pull across the roundabout. If this was someone not paying attention it could have been fatal. This happened at the roundabout in Romsey by the railway bridge and I was sat in traffic coming from under the bridge. Because of the traffic conditions and the fact there is a roundabout he should have driven much more slowly. My reaction to him was to raise my arms in a what are you doing gesture but instead of a wave to say sorry he smiled, would he have smiled if killed someone! The only reason the police wouldn't take it further is there was no evidence from the recording that I was indicating right.

Was told this morning they would be here to collect at 2pm. Phoned again at 3:45 to be told someone would phone me back. Phoned again at 4:15 and told again someone would phone me back. No one available to deal with this problem. No collection , just taking my details and no action being taken. In the mean time I have 20 plus sacks blocking my downstairs office.

I took 2 large storage boxes of home office paperwork to shred. It was done while I watched.All very quick and impressive. Great service.Will definitely be using again.

Have recently had a bin from these people and found their service totally confusing. lots of misinformation and promises that do not materialize. Very confusing dealing with there compliance team, don't seem to know what they are doing. A great service in theory but badly delivered from a customer contact point of view- such a shame as they looked so promising.Lots of room for improvement. Noted that they are ISO 9001 compliant, presumably not for their customer service !Will report any improvements.

OTHER PERSONS CONFIDENTIAL WASTE IN TRIAL CABINET - have been informed by some friends about this company and can say from my own personal experience the service was not too good. This incident happened a few months ago and upon receipt of a trial cabinet we were a bit shocked to find another companies confidential waste in the cabinet! Seems like quite a big mistake for a confidential waste service. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO COMMMENT: Air ambulance, clearly liars or incompetent as well. AVOID.

I have dealt with a few recycling companies over the years but I have never experienced an organisation with such an infectious enthusiasm for what they do as SO Recycle. Smart, tidy, and professional - not words you would usually associate with a waste processing company but they apply to SO. At the time of writing, they are even offering to shred your confidential papers and recycle your waste cardboard free of charge if you take it to their premises!
