Excellent place to train .Still the movements and option to live roll (submission fighting)Great for children from 5yrs old. My son 9yrs old now been training nearly a year really helps ADHD.Loose body fat and meet great training friends .Many parents have started training after seeing how much fun their children are having.Also as we know from Gracie family Brazilian jiujitsu is an excellent for of self defence.Multiple Classes 7 days a week so very handy .

A fantastic service is offered here. Great Instruction is given by Mike and his team.A wide range of characters regularly attend the classes there is always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which makes it a fun environment to learn in.No pressure to spar always felt positive encouragement to go at your pace.

Fantastic welcoming club with great coaches. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn BJJ, plenty of structured classes to suit various skill levels and ages.
