So glad that we chose Helen and Tania to help us sell Mum’s bungalow in Aberporth. We live several hours away and it was great to be able to rely on such a professional firm.Great marketing of the property with lots of beautiful photos and a fantastic video walk through on the website generated lots of interest. They arranged accompanied viewings of the empty house, achieved our asking price. Once our sale was agreed, the process was taken over by Emma Alben at Prime Progession, who was outstanding at communicating with us, and leading us through the process which can be stressful at times. I would highly recommend CBP and am, in fact, employing their services again for the sale of my fathers property.

Helen and Tania have been fantastic all the way through our house purchase. We were relocating from Hampshire to Pembrokeshire and at times it was tricky to sort things out from so far away but Helen and Tania were so helpful and always there on the end of an email or phone call to answer every little question or worry that we had!
