The only place to go if you need a genuine 5 star service! My father was taken ill whilst visiting the UK and we needed to find very specific accomodation to meet his and my mum's needs.Matt was fantastic! Extremely professional, attentive but also easy to talk to and very understanding. After running through our requirements (close to the hospital, pet friendly, no stairs, 2 bedrooms and with an open ended check out) Matt managed to come back with a selection of apartments at differing price points for us to choose from. Which was no easy task, as it was August and therefore peak holiday season!He took care of every detail, explaining to the apartment owners the situation with regards to my Dad's health issues and negotiating on our behalf for the booking to be extended, when we needed it to be (we eventually extended twice and stayed for 3 months in total).If ever I need accommodation in London again, there is only one company I will call and only one company I would recommend!Thanks againSam

Be careful with this company, Luxury Serviced Apartments. They published some apartments pictures and then they rent you another one. And worst thing is that they believe that's fine and legal. The apartment I received wasn't at all as the pictures. As I arrived on Eastern Holidays, I have no one to talk to, nobody answer the phone or chats until holidays finished. Then they just said that the apartment I saw on pictures was busy and offer some chocolates instead. Some minor issues with the apartment that they solve, but too late. I've been stupidly tricked. Y lo peor es que creen que eso esta bien y que es legal. El apartamento que recibí no se parecía en nada a las fotos. Como llegué en Semana Santa, no tuve con quien hablar, nadie contesto el teléfono ni el chat hasta que terminaron las vacaciones. Luego simplemente dijeron que el apartamento que vi en las fotos estaba ocupado y en su lugar ofrecieron algunos chocolates. Algunos problemas menores con el apartamento que resuelven, pero demasiado tarde. Me han engañado estúpidamente. ¡Matt y Catherine no vendan lo que no tienen!

Matt contacted me immediately after I made an inquiry and asked what specifications I was looking for in a place. He then came back to me with several options. I chose Lee’s Place because we wanted walking distance from Oxford Street and close to Marble Arch. We also had 9 people we had to accommodate. This place exceeded our expectations. There’s a heated bathroom for when it’s cold and air con when it gets hot. They clean the rooms everyday and we had all the amenities we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to Marks and Spencer’s and Selfridges! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I really appreciated Matt’s help with everything.

I am writing this to thank Matt at LSA who has provided incredible customer service from the booking/rebooking all the way to help with cancelling the booking due to health reasons/curtailment. He has gone above and beyond to help smooth out all the kinks though sadly the stay did not go through but would book through with him again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a residence hotel in London, I can assure this is the place! Matt from reservation department helps you to find a perfect place. I had to find a London accommodation for my boss urgently and Matt replied in 30 mins with the most suitable option !! He is v friendly, attentive and efficient.Got 2 bedroom residence apartment on Brick street, overall everything was just excellent. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless clean. Service was attentive and gracious, location +security TOP and of course reasonable price!! I highly recommend this place for both business and family trip. Thanks again for the great service!

My family and I just returned from a trip to Europe. We started off in London and stayed at a serviced apartment we rented through Matt at Luxury Serviced Apartments. The service was professional, quick and thoughtful. Matt really found the ideal place for us keeping in mind our group size, preferred location and budget.
