Bridgford Dental Practice

I would normally give five stars, as the care has been very good. But my last check up was cancelled by the practice, with no follow-up communication. I enquire if it was possible to rebook, and this was confirmed, when restrictions eased, I did so, to be told I was no longer registered (or the current equivalent)!?

Very good practice. I haven't been before so don't know the dentists. (She had blonde hair) Really efficient, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

I had been experiencing acute pain in my back teeth for three years whilst repeatedly asking my local Collingham dentist to investigate. They couldn’t find the cause but the pain was so intense at times I was close to passing out. I kept going back to them but the dentist insisted that my teeth were fine. In desperation I went elsewhere, to Bridgeford. Thank God I did. On my first visit they discovered that my back lower molar had been cracked right down the middle for a long time and had been infected for quite a while. They were bemused that my local dentist hadn’t found it. They quickly resolved things and have since looked after all of my dental needs for 4 years. They are half an hour away from me but we’ll worth the drive. They are consistently fantastic and I can sincerely recommend them 100%.

Excellent dental practice, I had treatment with Dr Ryder. He's extremely methodical, displays great empathy and even phoned me on several occasions after treatment to see how I'm doing - a very personable approach. All the nurses and reception team are friendly and make you feel welcome. I've made several visits this year and always been seen on time. I've also been seen by Dr Armstrong at very short notice when I phoned up one morning with pain. I was seen that very afternoon and left in a much better state feeling very reassured. I would wish to remain a patient for life with this practice. Thank you all.

I attended the surgery for a cosmetic consultation, with a view to a smile makeover. I saw Michael and from the very start he put me at ease. I explained what my hopes were in terms of a better smile and he provided me with my options, explaining everything at the same time. I didn’t feel pressured (as I felt I had been at a previous consultation at a different clinic in West Bridgford) Michael was excellent and I left the appointment with all the information and pricings to make an informed decision. I will definitely be booking in for my initial treatment at this practice (if they can fit me in!!).Thank you so much for such a professional service.

I have been a patient at Bridgford Dental Surgery for over 5 years now and would highly recommend them.The surgery is very accommodating; the appointment reminder phone call 24 hours before is an excellent touch and the ambience within the surgery itself is both fresh and calming.Both clinical and reception staff are professional and friendly which makes the whole customer journey a more pleasurable experience.

Great dental practice, I had treatment with Dr Laura the hygienist. She’s extremely through polite and very gentle with her skills. She displays great empathy and even squeezed me in on second appointment in short space. All the nurses and reception team are friendly and make you feel welcome. I've been with the practice for many years and always been seen on time. Great service from all the staff. Highly recommended.
