I absolutely LOVE my Sunburst mirror!! It really sets off the room. One arrived a bit damaged and the super-helpful and friendly staff sorted a new delivery immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be ordering again.

As a return customer, I recently purchased a bed and matching bedside tables after looking very carefully at the online photos and looking up the Farrow and Ball paint colours they say they use. The actual colour is completely different! I was moving house so didn’t open the boxes to check the items as I didn’t want to damage the boxes. I also never imagined that the cream/taupe bed I thought I had purchased would in fact be LIME GREEN as I had had a good experience with them previously. I did complain within the returns period but I had no choice but to keep the bed as I was due to have a baby so couldn’t be without one (mattress on the floor and a next to me cot a metre above would have been very unsafe). I have asked them to take the cabinets back (still waiting for that to happen, 3 weeks later…) and to give me a discount on the bed as I have to repaint it (it is wood) to match my other furniture which is a hassle and will cost me money. After many emails they simply refuse to accept that it is different to the advertisement and offered me a £50 voucher to force me to spend more with them! Apparently I could have purchased a sample of the wood but I did not see that option and should have been able to assume that the photos and paint samples were accurate. Utterly appalling. I’ve put a photo up comparing the advertised colour (bottom) to the actual colour (top). Anyone with eyeballs can see it’s not the same, so disregard the smart response they will undoubtedly leave to this review and just LOOK. Steer clear!

Very bad experience with them.I ordered a bed and bedside table with them and on delivery I have noticed & highlighted some issues with the bed. At that time they agreed for some refund negotiation & send paint to correct the mistakes and on that basis I have signed delivery paper saying Negotiation still in-progress". From next day no one called me and when I inquired them after a week they sent me £45 (delivery & fitting charges) and said they cannot send paints as it is not allowed through post. Most importantly

French Bedroom came through on the pillows my daughter fell in love with on a trip to London. Thank you for your diligence getting them to us. And my sincere thanks to Connor for his fabulous support and follow through!!

I am absolutely loving my new Lottie Low bed and natural mattress.The customer service has been brilliant and the white glove delivery lived up to its name.Order was delivered on time too.Overall a very positive experience with a fabulous outcome. New mattress has eliminated back pains and the bed feels super luxurious and comfortable and looks incredible. It has transformed my bedroom!

Beautiful soft, tactile peach skin bedspread at a reasonable price and delivered swiftly. Looks great in our white bedroom.

I brought my partner a Ubuntu Large Vase from French Bedroom and I could not fault the service from start to finish. The team was great. They helped me choose the colour they thought would suit my hallway furniture and wall colour. I am totally helpless with interiors!My partner was over the moon with her gift and I already have my eye on a few Christmas pressies for her! Thank you French Bedroom team :)

This company definitely needs to make some serious improvements to the quality of their products. I have purchased 2 lamps and we (me and my husband) were shocked to see how different they are compare to what on their website. Only able to use one lamp as second one has issues with design and some imperfections". Switch off/on button located wrongly and not working. I have contacted the company
