Brilliant place

Wild scruffy black ball of fur was living quiet happily in our block ,but couldn't be got near .Limping with a back leg held up , I didn't have a choice but to call our friends , to which the reply was as expected , were very busy but , that's what I wanted to here that they would be out .So 4 days of caring as much as I could this young gentleman came with a cat trap , but the cat had just appeared to be fed . Within 5 minutes he had that Cat in a cage , not a trap . The guy was so professional to be able to get the cat , that none of us could get nearer then 6ft .Professional and well worth a few of pounds of my money .R.S.P.C.A. You rock .

Stopped replying to my emails after asking them about their certain rules and questioning why people buy their pets from Pets at home instead of adopting them because of their overly restrictive rules. They asked for Tenancy agreement for adopting a hamster when you could go pets at home and no questions would be asked from you. Poor animals will hardly find new families with these rules
