Had to give 1 star but you dont deserve it. So not only did u treat my partner as though he was gonna shop lift when he works hard for his money and knows the majority of the faces in ur store because ur employees are in our store alot, however u then proceed to radio ryt infront of his face. Rude disrespectful, stereotypical and awful customer service. Its no wonder half ur reviews are bad if this is what u waste ur time doing. Do better

Really really rude staff. Would not go back ever! They was all messing around swearing. When I was at they till paying they man serving me didn’t even say anything to me just was talking to a fellow worker laughing with her and had his head turned to they side. There was 3 people behind till only 1 serving & all watching everyone in they queue. Store was so messy.

I'm very sorry, but the staff are very bad, they don't help people. If you don't know English, they laugh at you. A foreign girl works there. She never smiles. She always has a low face with a pimple on her nose. She knows herself. Go to CLARKS and learn how to treat customers.

They accused me of stealing. I told them to call the police and they didn't and I went and complained to the police and they racisted me. They stopped me in the middle of the street and interrogated me. They have no right to do this.

Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and stuff. I got arthritis and they helped me a lot with finding the right shoes for work.

Can't complain at all about this shop. A foreign lady help us out and her customer service was extremely professional. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but we'll done .
