I have known the agency for years and it has helped a lot of people to learn and develop skills, gain confidence and experience while working suitable hours in incredible homes, helping and supporting vulnerable adults. 5*****

Went to the interview, all appeared to go well, but NCA let me down with promises of the mandatory training needed prior to working with them.....

Nice and friendly personal, trustworthy agency

this company said they would rent my only pension fund small office in cheltenham.I am 74 and this is my income.They said they had an in house solicitor so we appointed a solicitor to draw up the lease agreement for a fee of £1500 and sent it to then for signature.Meanwhile they required work to be done before occupation involving new carpets lights etc costing over £2000 with a may 26th deadline.This was achieved and we signed the lease.They didnt.!! First they said they had a new contract meaning a delay and then ignored our agent for weeks.Then they said their director was ill.At no time did they indicate they would not proceed until we insisted on knowing what the situation was and then they said they were not in a position to proceed !! Care agency .They obviously coulnt care less about other people.
