Our experience with Rob was brilliant and he was very helpful with surveying the listed property which we ended up purchasing. Rob carried out a survey on a property we are looking to purchase. During the whole buying process his service and care are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and he went way above and beyond to make sure he had thoroughly addressed any concerns we had. I choose Rob, even though his quote was slightly more expensive, because his information regarding the use of a drone to take photos of the property roof was interesting and not something others were offering. The report was well documented with photos and explanations of technical terms. Later he kept his promise to answer questions which occurred as we moved through the purchasing process. He was also available with advice once we had moved in regarding a damp/humidity concern we had in one room and was able to identify the possible causes which was of great help.

Rob did a great job with the survey and report for our house purchase. Having been referred to Rob, I can honestly say I'd always use Rob from now on.
