So I had a new AC system installed by them in our house 9 months ago. This Saturday morning, on the hottest day of the year, I went to switch on the AC in our gym at home and found that although the AC controller would turn on no cool air was coming through the vents. So I decided I would call them at 11 am on a Saturday to simply ask for their advice to see if maybe I could do some sort of a reset or something similar. I did not call with the intention of asking them to come to look at it or anything more. Just some simple advice over the phone that's all I was looking for. Yet when I called up and explained who I was, Paul said I'm sorry I don't work on a Saturday as I'm with my kids and can't speak. Well that's all well and true, but I do not think that taking what could perhaps have been simply 2-3 minutes to talk through a couple of basics with me to see if everything was as it should be-after all its supposed to be a new system right? I had no expectation of someone coming to visit or anything, just simply to speak over the phone briefly on a Saturday morning. I think this would have been the least that I could have expected after spending 15k with them less than a year ago. So in my book this is unacceptable. I'm a doctor and I don't treat my patients like this and will always be available for some verbal reassurance or suggestions over the phone to anyone.Anyway if potential customers are ok with this attitude then please go ahead and use these guys. In my book at least however it seems his customers are the very least of his priorities
