They spent a long time on my little dog was a bit shocked at first as it was very shortBut I was really pleasedshe looked so much betterAnd with the heatwave it was better for herI will be using their services again

We have brought our working cocker spaniel puppy for a bath and blow dry already twice and we are very happy. The grooming is really good and we don't have to wait months for a slot, as we used to do in the previous place. Also feel better helping a local shop than a big chain!

First time, Teddy had been and he looks great and the service was excellent

Took Winston for a well overdue cut. Previously, he was rocking a traditional spaniel look; wet, muddy, tangled clumps of hair, you get the gist!For possibly the first time in 8 years the groomer did what i asked for and gave him a trim, not a skinhead and he looks great and is not scratching and sore. He looks great and not bald and is a lot more comfortable.Thank you and please get in touch if we don’t call you!

Great grooming for our 4 month old (show) cocker spaniel. He looks great and they were so friendly with a good setup.

Had my little Milo groomed today. First time I have used this place and found Victor quiet and polite, he did exactly what I asked of him and my cocker poo was looking great. Thankyou Victor I will definatley come again.

This is the 2nd time that I have used Pride and Groom as I was very happy with the results the first time around. I will confess that I was a little worried leaving him at a Tyre Shop, but when he returned he looked so smart and quite happy with himself that I felt I could use this groomers in the future. The actual groomer, Victor, has a lovely way with dogs and shows a great interest in their diets, anything he should know about allergies and any other instructions necessary for a successful wash and styling. Also, my dog was collected from my door and returned to me which is a great help as I am a wheelchair user.So yes, I have no hesitation in recommending them for dog grooming.

We had our cavapoo groomed here. Everywhere else we take her they just shave her so we were at wits end trying to find a good new groomer. Well, k9 did an amazing job. She came back looking super neat and tidy and no shaving! Will definitely be coming back here!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. When I went in I was told multiple times I left the groom too long, and my puppy's hair was too long. Even if this was the case, after about 5-6 times saying this to me I felt berated. I asked for a longer cut and the man again said it wasn't about what I wanted, it's what the dog wanted. Finally, when I picked her up, her fur was incredibly short (fine, perhaps that's what's appropriate) but it cost a whopping £65 which is a lot more than I expected (I was told it would be about £50). Overall, I didn't feel like I had a positive experience.
