The Bay Caravan Park

We hired one of the 2 berth chalets, it was very clean and tidy, however I was in the smaller bedroom and at night there was a lot of gnawing noises from underneath, I suspect it was rodents of some kind but it kept me awake. Lovely views and walks but would not return.

Memories from great times in the 70s . Family had a caravan. I was a teenager .Wild Days.

We stayed in one of the 2 berth chalets for a week as a base to visit friends and family. It was clean, a decent size and the staff were really friendly. The park is really quiet, which we loved, though may be too quiet for folks looking for more activity. Had a swim in the pool. It's a little dated, but water was warm and better than a lot of community pools I've been too. Location-wise it's ideal for Cardiff, Barry, and Bridgend, and Penarth itself is a lovely town. Would happily stay here again when visiting the area. For anyone booking, just be aware that you need to take EVERYTHING when staying e.g hand soap, dish clothes, tea towels, towels etc.

We bought a caravan in may. Such a relaxing place. We didn't know it existed before. Club is open on Friday and Saturday nights only. We stay Friday and go home on Monday. It's like a ghost town in the week

Only visited my daughter, but quite impressed, seems well organised.
