Orthotic Consultants

After experiencing a lot of pain in my left foot and seeing multiple NHS and private doctors. I was told that the only way to fix my flat foot was to undergo surgery. Out of chance I met Doctor Zeeshan who said there was a way to reduce my pain and correct the flat foot problem I was experiencing daily. I had tried many foot insoles, massages, foot equipments but nothing was working. Doctor Zeeshan throughly examined my foot and explained in detail why I was experiencing my pains and how they would get progressively worse. The main difference was that rather than a quick solution, he was honest with the work revolving around the treatment and we both came to a action plan that suited my needs. This included my daily routine and how we would slowly change bad habits in walking to reach my goals of going to gym without foot pain and being able to stand for long periods of time. I would say that I’m actually achieving the goals set by Doctor Zeeshan and do see myself walking better and not having the same foot problems as before. Throughout the process I felt in the known and I would recommend anyone experiencing flat feet or general walking pains to reach out the Doctor Zeeshan for a consultation.

Zishan was recommended to me following some minor surgery to my foot, following his consultation he advised the requirement for insoles which he organised from start to finish, I've been wearing them since June and no reoccurance of my issue,very informative, helpful and a a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

I have no hesitation in recommending Zishan and orthotic consultants. My 9 year old, sporty daughter had been off sport for 3 months with knee pain which wasn't improving despite physio exercises and orthopaedic advice. She already had custom made nhs orthotics. She was unable to walk without pain at the time Zishan first saw her. Zishan's assessment proved to be spot on and he expedited an exceptionally fast turnaround to get a pair of orthotics made for her in just over a week as she was in such huge discomfort. The orthotic quality was far superior to what she had already. Within 4 days of wearing them her knee pain had almost gone and she was able to walk our dog with us again; within two weeks she was pain free. Zishan altered one of her orthotics on her pain free side when we reported she was getting slight niggles in the other knee but the turnaround to receiving the altered orthotic was 72 hours - a very easy and swift experience. Two months on and she is back to her full range of sports. Zishan's responsiveness, general advice on footwear, attention to detail and skill have all been incredible and we are so grateful to him for enabling our daughter to live her full and active life again. He has subsequently made orthotics for the rest of the family as all of us struggle with the same underlying bio mechanical problem. They have all helped hugely and my other daughters have stopped getting their growing pains" completely now. I have MS which over time has resulted in my left leg rolling in badly, affecting my foot, ankle, knee and posture. When I met Zishan I was so impressed by his expert knowledge and how well he understood and explained what my problems were. After an incredibly thorough examination of my feet, legs and posture, he came up with an excellent plan of action. I now have a below-knee carbon fibre splint, custom made orthotic insoles and wedges. Zishan has been on hand to answer all my questions and provide reassurance, support and encouragement. It has been a really inspiring experience. I now hope to keep walking rather than having to use a wheelchair. I cannot recommend Zishan highly enough.
