I asked for slim cigarette and they tell me they don't know how look this

Nice small local store, once a drug addict asked me for money when I was walking past, there is a very friendly and nice security guard and the staff are polite and useful. The only problem is every time I go there are no Southern Chicken Wraps left for scranning.

I bought an product from the local shop which is a top up card and they sold me different top up company, went back to change it and unfortunately they can’t exchange it or refund the money. Make sure you buy the right product because the customer laws doesn’t work for them.So disappointed to meet this standards at this level.

Staff are constantly refilling the shelves. Can buy most things you'd expect from a small local store

Not bad, but not good either. Limited availability of products. Popular stuff usually out of stock. Everything all jammed in, especially by the tills. Self serve counter sometimes out of order, in card only mode or temperamental with your purchases, demanding you place it in the bagging area when you have already placed it in the bagging area. Counter of chewing gum in the way of the self serve till leaving no space to exit if someone is standing in the gap waiting to use the self serve till. ATM outside usually always out of service awaiting a fill up.

Awful experience, rude staff, and criminal security.Buyer beware! Shop elsewhere.

Very useful shop because open till 11 pm. All essential items available here. Sunday also opening till 11 and opening at 7 am every day.

Come in for lunch to find staff looking overworked and under appreciated. No managers to be found on the shopfloor at time I came in. Cages from delivery dotted around. Empty shelves.As I was leaving an Asian man in a suit came from somewhere. I assume he’s a manager? Shame he can’t manage this store

I must admit, I was quite disappointed with my experience at the local Sainsbury's at St Dunstans. While I usually have positive things to say in my reviews, this store had very little going for it. The only redeeming quality is that it stays open until 11 pm, which is helpful for those who work late or have busy schedules.Unfortunately, the store itself was quite dirty, and the self-checkout machines almost always had issues. Whether it was struggling to scan items or rejecting them outright, it made the already long process of shopping feel even more frustrating. To add to the chaos, the store always seemed to be understaffed, which made it hard to find someone to help with questions or concerns.Even outside the store, things weren't much better. The area surrounding the shop was also quite dirty and had an unpleasant odor.Despite all this negativity, I will say that the store is in a convenient location, being close to the West station. But, if you have the option, I'd suggest going to a different Sainsbury's for your shopping needs. Overall, my experience was not great, and I hope the store can work on improving its cleanliness, staffing, and checkout machines.

Tienen un poco de todo, desde fruta fresca hasta platos precocinados.Yo lo usaba para tener un desayuno rápido y ligero con mucha fruta.La atención de la gente es buena, el local no es muy grande, pero creo que se puede encontrar de todo, y además está cerca del centro.No es demasiado caro y tienen buena calidad.
