Really impressed with the excellent service Cole provided. I thought my computer was beyond repair but he was confident that he could bring it back to a good quality performance. Her did exactly that and it works beautifully. He was professional and came with mask and gloves to collect the computer. I would give him top marks and recommend him fully. His prices are reasonable as well.

Very pleased with the attention I recieved from Cole when my wifes computer was running slowly, and he quickly identified what needed to be done to improve our experience. Cole was able to get the work done very quickly and at a good price. I highly recommend his work (I have worked in IT for over 35 years and have a lot of experiences to compare Cole with... he is in the top 5%)

Cole was ever so helpful and efficient with his service; he picked up my laptop, looked at it and dropped it off, all in the same day. He was really honest with his appraisal and even gave me recommendations for the next step. Very courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend Cole and will be calling on him again if I need any more computer help!

Received prompt and efficient service to repair my laptop - which was delivered back to me repaired and working again within a few hours. I was given a clear explanation of the fault and friendly and helpful advice on improving and upgrading the machine - (with no sales pressure) if I wished. I will certainly use Cole's service again to support my IT needs.
