Paul was amazing. He was really funny, made us feel at home whilst my grandma shopped for her chair. He didn't rush us and helped with her needs. Thank you for your help! Would highly recommend

Paul Wilson served us and he was as usual very helpful, locating what we needed. We felt totally safe in the shopand were served promptly and efficiently.

I am writing this review on behalf of Karen Barker, I am her husband. We visited Eden mobility in Mansfield and was served by Paul Wilson. We were unsure of the mobility item that my wife needed, Paul spent plenty of time with us to discuss the products that would suit her needs. Paul was very helpful and friendly towards us. Paul took away our worries about the powerchair that my wife needed. To know that Paul was there front of house to assist us was wonderful and knowing that he took the time to help us is very much appreciated. It's so important to have someone who knows what we need and take the time to help us as Paul did, by discussing the powerchair and taking it apart to show myself how to get it in and out of the car. Paul gave us the personal touch, similar to how you look after your friends it certainly put us at ease. Been treated as a person rather than a disabled person means the world to me. Keep up the good work Paul and thank you wholeheartedly from us both.

Excellent service thank you

Well thank you to John Bolton and rest of the team at eden mobility for sorting me out. I can't walk not very far and John helped me a mobility scooter that I absolutely love. It's gets me out and about and I can enjoy the outside world again. I wouldn't be able to go out if I didn't have the scooter. So thank you.

Came and visited the shop today with my mum. Paul dealt with us this morning and was absolutely brilliant. He discussed his options that was suitable and what my mum was after. He allowed us to go around the market on a scooter to make sure she was comfortable and was confident with the choice. After that he was very professional but also able to have a laugh with as well. Paul is a brilliant gentleman and would definitely deal with him again.

Went into Eden Mobility Shop in Mansfield this afternoon with my daughter in law and was met at the door by Paul. I had decided the day before I was going to buy a rollator when I saw a man unloading one from his car boot. I cannot walk long distances so I saw this as a quick solution. Paul was very helpful and adjusted the handles as I’m quite short in height. He also made a point, well several in fact of the importance of putting the brakes on before I sat down to prevent it rolling away..I immediately felt more confident as I walked round the shop and could walk at a faster pace.I paid for it and went outside a happy lady.Thank you Paul for your help and friendly chat with us.

Massive thank you to Jamie and Paul for your help and support in guiding my brother with his new scooter, of which he is very happy and confident with. The service in the shop and the young man that delivered the scooter was excellent. THANK YOU :-))
