These guys are excellent - responsive, friendly and they deliver quality work. We’ve had several jobs completed by them now (gas, electrics, plumbing and the installation of a new boiler) and they’ve been brilliant. Highly recommend

I've called on Switched On London for plumbing services: a cistern that was overflowing non stop. Sounds simple but the damage to a house can be extensive.I was impressed with their fast, reactive, no fluster, no fuss, customer-centric approach. From the moment you call them you get their attention and with their phone systems if you can't get through for any reason, they call you straight back. Once you are on their system they make it their business to treat you with respect and you feel that you can trust them, that your business is valued and that their pricing is transparent and fair.I have had no hesitation to recommend Switched On London to my mother in law who had an attic water supply tank was over-flowing.They didn't turn an emergency into an expensive drama but looked after her with respect, fair pricing and reassurance that the job was completed to a high standard.I heartedly recommend them as a trustworthy plumbing company.

Switched on renovated our shed - fully insulated (walls and ceiling), they removed the all floor and rebuilt a new one, installed under floor heating, laid vinyl, installed new sockets, new lightings inside and outside. The work took less than 8 working days. Paul W was absolutely fantastic - he works extremely well, efficiently and knows exactly what he does. He is also a very nice, polite and kind man. The plastering was done by someone externally (hired by switched on) but was also very professional. Thanks a lot for creating a new space for us that can now be used as a playroom and in the long term as an office.

I am really pleased to have stumbled across this company. My newly-installed bathroom (by someone else) developed a fault with the shower controls. I had no idea who to contact for help as the bathroom installer had since left the country.After some Googling, I came across Switched On and a few other companies. The main differentiator between Switched On and all other companies was that they suggested I contact the control manufacturer first to get a replacement part under warranty. All other companies said that they would have to come out and charge a call out fee first.After sorting out a replacement part, I got back in touch with Switched On who came and installed it for me. They were also willing to take apart the original part to see why it had failed.In summary, Switched On were conscientious and knowledgable and I will definitely be using them again in future.

I can’t recommend this company enough and I’ve been using them for the past 5 years!We have used them for our annual boiler service and any electrical issues we come across but most recent works carried out by them was installing our new shower enclosure after our existing broke. It was annoyingly discontinued and the existing enclosure was fitted around our wetroom floor tiles, so I was really nervous about ordering a new model that may not fit.Switched on were so helpful and even popped around before the existing enclosure was removed to see my situation then after removing it they waited until I’d ordered a replacement before fitting a new one.They did such a brilliant job and nothing was too much trouble.A fabulous company!!THANK YOU!

Paul Walker worked really quickly and was very helpful and friendly. He sorted light fittings and a faulty door very quickly. Having finished the jobs in very quick time he then asked what else he could do for me. Five star service.

After visits from a local plumber and a large Chelsea based plumber it was Switched On that got the job done. I have very unusual and pricey designer taps. Ricardo and his assistant got to the bottom of the problem where others had failed. Thinking outside the box, they were pleasant, professional and above all supremely capable. Timeframe quoted was correct, gas plumber arrived on schedule, no drama, job competed, personable guy - all good.I use Switched-On by default and have done now for a number of years. They arrive when scheduled (if you've ever waited around all day for a plumber who doesn't turn up, you'll know how annoying it can be). Prices are fair for the area, perhaps a little higher than some other companies, but staff are friendly, both back office and reps, happy to answer any questions, revise quotes and I'm never treated as though they are doing me a favour.

Ben was very easy and responsive to deal with in booking the job. Ryan and Andre were super nice and professional, they did the job quickly, gave me good tips to stop it blocking up again and left everything very tidy! Would recommend.
