I had a full 90 minute head to toe massage with Jo recently after completing the 3 peaks challenge! It was amazing and really got my muscles relaxed and moving freely again. She took into consideration my shoulder and back problems and tailored the massage to suit. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jo is an excellent massage and physical therapist. She provides a great professional and friendly service. I highly recommend massage therapy with Jo for relaxation, pain relief and mental well being. I have been having treatment on my injured back for over 17 months and I am waiting to have spinal surgery. The back treatment from Jo has allowed me to remain in work. Also it has enabled me to manage my back pain alongside my medication. Otherwise without the regular massage treatment I would be on long term sick from my job.

Why did I not find Jo sooner!! Jo has extensive experience and knowledge, tailoring my massage to suit my needs. Every visit we discuss changes in my daily life and Jo offers reasons and solutions to keep my body healthy. Her studio is a calm and peaceful space and I walk out of there on a cloud. I would recommend Jo to anyone wanting to de-stress but particularly to people with back and chronic pain issues. A priceless experience.

Jo is amazing, she always instinctively knows what type of massage therapy is the right one for whatever ailment I present. She takes the time to talk through any changes since I was last there and asks questions to find out details and symptoms that I may not have even thought were relevant before. I always leave feeling amazing and so much better than when I arrived. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jo to anyone

I highly recommend heaven on earth wellness. Jo has an amazing understanding of my back injury from my youth and knows where I need my back manipulated were many before have failed. I've been back several times.. and each visit is becoming more infrequent as Jo is doing a amazing job on my back..Simon

I have visited Jo for massage for a number of years now. My body has needed various treatments over that time from general relaxation, to relief from stress and tension and at times intense sport massage. Jo has worked brilliantly with all of this. She works in a safe and professional manner, is very knowledgeable and tailors her work to match the individual needs of her clients. I would definitely recommend her.

Having gone through an emotional time this year my body suddenly decided it didn't want to work properly any more! Tight hips and legs, achilles tendonitis, bad back, bad neck, you name it I had it!So glad I was recommended to Jo, she's worked wonders, giving advice, lots of stretching and manipulation coupled with massage has started to get me back on track. I've had 4 weeks of weekly massage and am really starting to feel I'm getting back to normal. Thanks Jo.

Have seen Jo twice now and will be booking another appointment with her.having suffered with sciatica recently and a 12 month long term shoulder injury after the first session my shoulder had so much more movement giving me hope of recovering. After 2nd appointment I have so much more mobility and am on the mend. Diverse knowledge. Jo is brilliant and I would highly recommend her. Wish I had found her sooner. Best treatment and massage.

I’ve been working with Jo for nearly a couple of years and she’s the most intuitive massage therapist I’ve ever come across. She seems to know exactly what’s needed and has worked closely with me to understand how my body works. She’s also so knowledgeable about things like lifestyle and nutrition and she’s generous with sharing her knowledge and expertise. She’s literally fabulous!!
