I am truly amazed!! I had to have a tooth extracted and am more than nervous of all dentists having had some traumatic experiences in the past.I had an electronic injection. NO pain at all nothing.... then laser tooth extraction...NO pain....... all sorted. I am writing this 12 hours post extraction and have some slight discomfort but for a large back tooth it's quite unbelievable. I highly recommend Santosh Patil and his dental nurse Kate. What a great team with a very calming approach.

A painless extraction.I had suddenly lost a large filling in a tooth that had been troublesome for sometime. I phoned at 9:30 and spoke to a very efficient receptionist who offered me a 12:30 appointment as a new NHS patient.On arrival at the practice I was met by a very friendly dental nurse and ushered through to the treatment room where the dentist began the examination, taking great care to reassuringly explain how he intended to proceed. All options were explained to me and it was obvious the tooth needed to come out.From the application of anaesthetic to the final extraction, I can honestly say the most I felt was a slight discomfort.Afterwards the aftercare was carefully explained in detail and I was provided with written instructions.I am genuinely impressed by the friendly and professional service provided at short notice and have no hesitation in recommending the practice.

I am the most nervous patient ever and have just had a tooth extracted and filling. Amazingly kind and thoughtful service and could not praise Santosh and his team enough. This morning Ive had an old crown removed with a pain free anesthetic. Dr Patil took his time with me as Im an anxious customer. Ive had a great experience , I'm so glad I went ahead .

Excellent treatment from Dr Patil and all the staff at Straight Road dental practice. I have had an extraction of a painful molar and a cap fitted, he also spotted a cheek growth that I was always inadvertently biting causing it to become sore, he used a laser to completely remove the growth which healed in no time. Overall, I’m very impressed with the service and treatment I received. I can’t recommend enough.

A crown fell off my tooth and I used this dentist to get NHS treatment to fit it back on. They charged me £150 and it still hurts 4 weeks later. Another crown fell off another tooth so I went to a private dentist closer to home. He charged me £46 and it doesn't hurt at all, he made sure it didn't by asking me if it still hurt. The dentist here just seemed to want to get as much money out of you as possible without caring for the patient.

I had previous work done that I have had to have all redone. I asked for assistance as I was in pain but told by reception / practice manager that dure to being de registered after covid that I was not eligible for treatment correction. I wrote emails and made calls to which were never responded too.I had to go to Smile Dentistry whom confirmed sub standard work to which they have corrected to my full satisfaction. I write this review so that nobody else has to go through this horrible experience. Beware.

I had a tooth extracted. I was really nervous and the tooth was broken and this couldHave turned into a very complicated procedure. Fortunately with the laser treatment this was avoided. It was a pain free experience and I would throughly recommend this dental practice and the procedures they use.
