Jody is extremely hardworking and lots of fun to be around, he's there for you 24/7 with encouragement, support and tips, he's a genuine nice guy, couldn't recommend him enough to anyone either wanting to lose weight, get fit and find a life long friend as a bonus!!

Jody is great at not only motivating you but educating you about health and nutrition. He regularly checks in (in addition to the meetings) to see how things are going - it has really helped me kickstart my diet and ensure I am eating in the correct way for me and my 'body type'. Thanks Jody.

This is what losing weight is all aboutHelp with nutrition, food plans and ways to use more calories. It's a very personalised system of support and for the first time in my life I am confident I can do this. Not only is Jody an excellent coach he is such an inspiration and continues to lose weight with the team and he understands exactly what we are going through. The members are also so supportive and makes you feel you are part of a special family. Thankyou Jody you're a legend x

The slim brother plan is amazing. I did the 6 week course just before Christmas and lost 12lbs. Can't wait to get back to it this week. Jody is so supportive and kind. He is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, excersise and general wellbeing. The plan is super simple and without doubt the best I have ever done.
