Just popped in to grab some bugs for our bearded dragon but the store was clean and tidy, there was at least 3 members of staff on the shop floor that I noticed dealing with other customers and the cashier that served us at the till was very polite.

Went this morning asked young lady at desk she went away through the back of shop for them very polite and helpful. All staff on that shop are helpful .

Each visit I am helped by very well informed members of staff who are very good at suggesting new ideas and explaining options. This week I learned that my puppy would probably enjoy chewing on frozen carrots!! He does... I would never have thought of that as a solution if the lively staff member hadn't suggested it!

I don't normally do reviews but the young man who served me this afternoon went above and beyond today. He spent at least 30 minutes trying to find what I was looking for. This young man deserves the management to know what an amazing kind helpful employee is. That was amazing customer service. Thank you so much to him.
