Stow on the Wold Dental Practice

Wonderful friendly dental practice. Dentists always demonstrate empathy and take time to explain how I can improve my tooth and gum care . When I first registered before Christmas with a cracked tooth, Angela on reception managed to fit me in between Christmas and New Year. In times when practices of all types are becoming very commercial this dentist surgery still has the feel of a small, friendly,family practice with customer care at its core.

I had not been to a dentist for some considerable time until l eventually steeled myself to go.Needless to say there was work needed involving building up worn down teeth.However other work involved complex procedures.All of the work undertaken was done in such a professional, skilled and careful way.Moreover it was undertaken with care and kindness by all the people l came into contact with, especially Ross.And l am so happy with the result.

I found the Team at the Practice to be very friendly and helpful. The standard of care is high and they are very sympathetic to the requirements of the elderly and less mobile patients. A big thank you to Alex and Reception. I would recommend this Practice.

Well I can’t praise them enough for their kindness understanding help and making me feel like I am not a burden. I smile again and know I am in safe and understanding hands. Honestly they have one goal and that’s to help you in every way they can

Lovely team (both - Dr Gavin Ho Fat - and support staff). Recently moved back to the area and was horrified at the lack of NHS dentistry nowadays, but Dr Gavin Ho Fat is great: skilled at what he does, reassuring and has a very gentle manner with both patients and his fellow team members. Now on DenPlan, so cost is more affordable. Think the government should be providing comprehensive NHS dentistry, but that doesn’t take away from how good this dental surgery is.

Stow dental practice is a friendly, efficient and dental practice situated in a beautiful town. The practice offers excellent care with a personal touch. After the disaster of my front crown tooth breaking off, thank goodness I opted to go to Stow on the Wold dental practice for treatment, from the moment I met Alex I knew I was in safe hands, he was sympathetic, courteous and totally understanding of my anxiety and stress, as throughout my life I have had dreadful dental experiences. After my first appointment, impressions were taken then had to wait two weeks for the temporary plate to be made, today was D Day, extraction of the tooth and fitting of the new plate and restoring my smile. Alex was truly amazing, he talked me through what he was doing, reassuring me as he worked, I didn,t realise the tooth had been extracted, no pain felt just a slight pressure. I can’t thank Alex enough, words are just not enough to describe how he has given me my confidence back in visiting the dentist. Such a truly, kind and professional man who is brilliant in his work and took time to explain everything to me. Thank you Alex, also thanks to the kind nurse who allowed me to hold her hand.
