I took my French bulldog age 7 normally very anxious in an unfamiliar environment. The ladies at the grooming room where very reassuring and helpful. They accommodated my concerns and Planned Hugo's groom to keep him as happy as possible. Hugo was so settled and happy when I picked him up and he looked amazing. we will definalty be back.

Truly fantastic! We took our puppy for her first groom and Cookie wouldn't let them near her face (the only part left of her groom). They suggested we come back on another day and try again! They were so patient with her and we managed to get booked in two days later, and we have a gorgeous groomed face on our Cookie. Cannot thank them enough for their patience and care they took over my pup

I have taken my dog to the grooming room twice. The first time it was really good and everything went well. The second time I went I dropped her off but the staff member was very rude. When I went to pick my dog up she was very distressed and had over half of her fur trimmed, the rest wasn't cut properly at all. When I asked the staff about it she was extremely rude and started swearing and threatening me. I asked to see the manager however she claimed she was the manager. I will never come back to this place. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We took our very springy springer spaniel to be groomed here recently and he came out looking great. He had very long hair and we asked for him to be clipped so he looked good for summer. His hair was very short but it looked lovely and certainly keeps him cool. I like that you can see into the grooming section from the road. Bailey came out happy enough considering he doesn't like being left with strangers. Will be using this service again.

Fantastic!!We took our brother and sister Zuchon's here yesterday for their first grrom at 5 months old. The owner was amazing she gave us heaps of useful advice etc... we had been very anxious to go back and collect them, not knowing what to expect. But the moment we seen them we fell in love with them all over again. She had done a wonderful job, they looked perfect. I booked our next visit there and then, and I would recommend The Grooming Room to anyone.

I understand this is new owner from last time l was thereAll l can say is Excellent service for an old retriever who has bad arthritis and blind due to a StokeHe came out looking beautiful He didn't want to go into the bath so he was given a dry bath and a good all over trim which he accepted without a problem .The staff and owner are 1st class kind gentle and very willing to help we will be back

Went a couple of weeks ago normally pay £12 for nail trim for one large and one small dog the notice on the door said a small increase but I think £5 is excessive it took no more that 5 minutes to do both dogs

I visited The Grooming Room for the first time yesterday with our Border Terrier puppy. He went in looking dishevelled and came out looking as smart as a carrot!! Will definitely recommend and the staff were re-assuring with me and you could see their love for the job.
