Baught a car few months ago from them. My advice, check, check and check again before the purchase. Previous reported fault in MOT wasn't fixed but somehow they've managed to obtain a pass MOT. Windscreen wiper was completely worn off, my fault not to notice it as it was sunny day when drove back.They've also managed to disable feedback/review options in Autotrader. So I couldn't rate them there.A response to Zone motors reply:No, I didn't make any mistake of reviewing the wrong company and pretty sure you haven't forgotten my purchase too but exactly the reply I had expected from you.Folks, Ihad bought a Fiat 500 black from them in May 2021. Now they're replying my review by accusing me of reviewing the wrong company. Don't be fool with their sweet talk when purchasing. If they were so honest, they would have allowed people to write reviews in auto trader like any other dealers, as most of their customers come from there. They are just shocked to see a review in Google.You have been warned.

This dealer sold my girlfriend a car couple of months ago. The gentleman we dealt with at the dealership was very honest and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place. Overall I would definitley recommend this dealer as they are geniunely good people who take pride in their cars and service. Al and his team at Zone Motors were the best!...the friendliest and most laid back people you could wish to meet...nothing was too much trouble...Had my Golf for a week now...what a fantastic car!...freshly valeted and prepared when I picked her up...such a good buying experience...Thank you Al and all at Zone...Hope to have the pleasure of buying from you again sometime.

Just bought a fantastic ford focus from Al at zone motors, traveled up from Devon as I knew I was in good hands. Super helpful, honest and friendly. Car is perfect, just as shown and described on the ad and a great price, I didn’t feel any pressure and Al answered any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks again Al!

Quality cars quality service, I would give 6 stars but 5 is the limit, Al was very professional and friendly from the first of many punctual polite calls, he sorted everything out didn’t add on anything that wasn’t in the price, had the vehicle at my door 6 hrs after first contact, vehicle was exactly as pictured/ videoed, super clean inside and out, great car to drive I would recommend all day long.Well happy, end of.

Highly recommend, travelled 3 hours to buy a BMW 5 series from Al a couple of weeks ago. Top bloke, very professional and friendly, couldn't do enough to help. Completely honest and straight up. Would buy from again, thanks Al.

Struggling to see why some of the reviews on here are so pathetic. Window wipers do ware over time. You’re buying a vehicle. Check, check, and check again. Al was really understanding guy with me, he noticed I had a physical disability and went above an beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I wanted a run about for a few years before getting my PIP car. Really down to earth bloke, wasn’t hiding anything from me, said if I need a point of call to come to him, explained the contract & warranty in depth and gave me all the information I needed. Like any sales man, he pushed for most, which isn’t a bad thing, we all have a business and need to do what’s best for said business, it’s still early days within my purchase but I will definitely recommend, as I was recommended by a long term friend of mine who hasn’t had any issues. Overall, sound bloke, the team he has there seems to work in sync with one an other, and appreciate the fact that he acknowledge all I wanted to do was feel safe leaving in the vehicle I chose, and he done that down to a tee. Firstly let me say, if you want to buy a car this is the place to come. Al welcomed me to his car lot and left me to look at the car I wanted to look at, no pressure put on me at all. I took the car for a test drive which was brilliant and made my mind up. Al was very aproachable, professional, honest and friendly he couldn't do enough for me. Really lovely guy, I had a small issue with the car when I got home not his fault but he sorted it out straight away even though he didn't have to. At short notice on a late Sunday afternoon I called Al on the off chance he would still be around and he said he was happy to wait for me as I was only 15 minutes away.On arrival I was welcomed and showed the car, left to have a look around by myself, then we went out for a test drive and the car was exactly how it had been described!I spent quite some time talking with Al, he answered all my questions, was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Car salesmen get a bad rap and in many cases might be true, but I can honestly say that Al was a genuine guy and I felt happy and comfortable, needless to say I bought the car and a week on I'm still smiling!I would 100% send anyone I know to him to buy a car and would recommend him whole heartedly
