Snodland Dental Clinic

I was always very happy with this dental practice but since my last visit in August I have suffered really badly with toothache following the brutal treatment I received. I was in the chair for 1 hour and 40 minutes and nearly hit the roof when the dentist ‘dug’ out my temporary filling with no injection. I have never felt pain like it.For two days now I have been in agony with toothache and a swollen face.Yesterday I was told to call this morning and I would be guaranteed a same day emergency appointment. At 9am I was told they have no appointments and they never guarantee this. 90minutes later my mother phoned them for me and was told that all of their emergency appointments were taken for today!!!Something not right there if they didn’t have any at 9am but at 1140 the days appointments had now been taken.Would not recommend this dentist and despite giving one star as my review this was purely because you are unable to leave a minus score.

A dentist practice with kindness at its heart. We are always well treated but on this visit all the staff went over and beyond to accommodate us as my husband has had a stroke and his needs have changed. From the moment we went in and were greeted to when we left our needs were looked after. Our dentist Martina has always been fantastic and this visit was just as easy,

I'm always a bit anxious when my appointment is due, but I'm always put at ease and have never had any nasty experience. During covid they provided treatment with excellent and safe treatment. My dentist always gives me a detailed report on the health of my teeth with expert advice. Would recommend them 100%.

Having been so nervous about having my teeth looked at and even stepping foot in a dental practice i am truly blown away at how lovely this practice is! The reception staff are so kind and extremely helpful! Very encouraging at helping me get over the hurdle with my nervousness. My dentist is Linda here and she is amazing with me! Very calm and understanding to my fear. After having my 1st appointment to get a filling I am so impressed at her skill of rebuilding my tooth and the attention to detail she has with making sure it is good to go. I've got a few appointments coming up with her and even though I am still nervous I will be attending as I have trust in her and how she helps me get through the treatments! Highly recommended this practice.

I have to give Dr Martina Onyekwe and her team five stars she was brilliant,she put me at ease both during my visit to have four extractions and today to have three fillings I would happily recommend this practise to anyone ..

Saw emergency dentist and she was amazing!! Made me wish she was the one I always saw when I attend the clinic . Assistant was just as great lovely lady!!

The experience I had with the surgery was very good. I only had to wait a short time and the dentist explained the procedure I was thinking of having in detail and the pros and cons. I have to arrange appointments at my convenience as one is quite long.

A lovely dentist clinic, great service, staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend, however - you can never get through on the phone to make an appointment and they have never responded to emails that I’ve sent via their website. I have only ever managed to get an appointment from physically walking in and speaking to someone at their reception.This is the reason for 4 stars.

Finally managed to get through and get an appointment. There's no local dentists in my area that will take new patients. This one is 45 minutes from me. Got there to be told my appointment had been cancelled, that a text got sent to an old number, the last time I was there I was made to fill out a form and I had updated my number and address, but this wasn't put on the system. I had a email confirmation for my Appointment but no cancellation email. Not willing to see me for a general check up and told me they could book me in again in three weeks time.

I'm quite nervous when visiting the dentist but the whole team put me at ease, they are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The hygienist particularly is a wonderful woman, she has worked miracles on my teeth and offered fantastic advice. I'm no longer dreading my next visit! Extremely clean clinic too!
