All staff were very friendly and efficient. Dentist took time to explain things / choices, including costs.

So I previously posted about the previous Old Square dental practice when it was all one practice. It seems to have separated into two different surgeries now and I was placed in Pan Dental. I'm very happy about this. I've only ever had check ups here, nothing more than that, so that's what I'm basing this review on.You can pay by debit card! The receptionists are super helpful (when I was in yesterday the person on reception was sorting a problem for a patient and she really was going above and beyond, she was fantastic so five stars for her!) The hygienists don't lecture you about cleaning your teeth properly, just give you good advice without condescending. They use modern equipment and are gentle. In terms of the dentist, my daughter and I saw Dr Panesar who truly is fantastic with children. He is also very clear at explaining things.You now get appointment reminder emails and a phone call. It's very professionally run which was my main gripe previously. The only reason I've deducted a star is that often I've had appointments booked which have had to be changed by the surgery. This has happened quite a few times which can be frustrating. Maybe I'm just unlucky. If it doesn't happen for the next couple of appointments then I'll up my review to five stars. But I'm very happy with Pan Dental.

Ravi becoming my dentist had nothing to do with the professional relationship we had started building when we first met. He and Pan Dental became my dentist through what I learned about him in building that relationship. His story is inspiring and gave me complete trust in his level of care and skills, but even more than that he's a genuine guy who I get along with. That is important for someone who is about to poke and prod around your teeth and gums.Furthermore, his team is an extension of him. All have been so lovely and welcoming when seeing them at events, in the practice or just in conversation. Compare that to the dull, emotionless, daunting experiences at the dentists in the past, and it's a huge upgrade for me.I will be moving my whole family here and only speaking about Pan Dental when it comes to recommendations in the future.

I would highly recommend the friendliness at arriving at reception. Ravi is friendly, compassionate. Top drawer..

Greta dentist. Not only making me accountable for my teeth but also giving me the confidence to get them as healthy as ever. If they could offer one appointment across both the dentist & the hygienist from a patient viewpoint that would be awesome.
