Used this store on several occasions, (IPADS and laptop repairs) and have no hesitation in recommending this store in Coulby Newham The staff have a wealth of experience and certainly know their stuff. Very patient when explaining systems and the possible issues. Very fair on pricing and will not go ahead with work without explaining any implications and giving you the opportunity to decide wether to continue with any repairs. Would not take payment for a small job to them, with their expertise, but a massive problem to me as I could not access my files. Lovely honest staff and an amazing service.

My iPhone battery required replacement and the cost quoted by Cell Base I felt was very reasonable compared to on line price comparisons. Unfortunately when battery replaced they could not get the touch screen to work. They replaced my phone like for like including a screen protector and threw in charger as well, also gave me directions on how to retrieve my data. Staff very apologetic, and so helpful. Recommend ++++.MR

I went in with my laptop not turning on, I brought my charger in too which he dismissed. He tried opening the laptop but couldn't, claiming it was glued shut (it wasn't) I felt very patronised when the man told me how I shouldn't buy a refurbished laptop online and I should just learn my lesson. (not everyone has the luxury of buying a new laptop) So imagine my suprise when I found out my laptop was totally fine and it was my charger that was broken. He didn't think to check that. Will be avoiding in the future

Cell Base Yarm
Called in today to see if they could repair the screen over the camera on my Samsung A71. I was told it couldn't be repaired. The screen was cracked and was causing the pictures to be blurred. Very kindly, the gentleman behind the counter removed all the cracked and jagged pieces. The pictures are now clear....just in time for Christmas photos!! A really big thank you to him. Amazing customer service.

The staff members in this shop are superb, friendly, efficient and so informative. Huge thank you to all of you for all your help and advice, I'm loving my new tablet now it's up and running and synced to my phone. It's reassuring to know we have this shop on our high street to help with Phone & IT issues. Good range of products as well.

This is a fantastic little shop…I’ve purchased two iphones from here in Yarm in the last year. I’ve had one repaired (due to me dropping it) and it was fixed within the hour at a very reasonable cost. The staff are very happy people, knowledgeable, polite and attentive too. The owners are very friendly people indeed. Excellent and Highly recommended. Nigel (Local businessman).

Bought my iPhone X from here and the guy who served me was so helpful and friendly, the customer service here is amazing they are all super above and beyond.Even if you’re just popping in for some help or assistance there is never any pressure to buy which makes you want to purchase from them even more.Once I purchased my iPhone the guy serving behind the counter went above and beyond to set it up and put my mine at ease.If you’re thinking of getting a new second I definitely suggest going here first. Thanks guys 5 star service.
