Had a sock on my drysuit replaced and what a terrible job they made of it. They cut the old sock off leaving 5mm them just glued the other one on instead of sowing it in properly. I would of not accepted it but I needed the suit at short notice so hopefully it will hold until I get it fixed properly.

Fantastic team and the quality of their boat covers is simply fantastic. recently had a bespoke cover made for a 49er and it was perfect ! really friendly staff happy to help out, all experienced sailors, what more do you need !

OMG! Any kayaker struggling for a dry suit, contact these guys!A dry suit for £300! Absolutely fantastic value.Excellent service, I tried in a couple of different sizes, short broad fitted like a glove! I was worried I would have to splash out on made to measure, but nope, I actually managed to get a suit to fit off the hanger!!!!Unlike most store's, they are open, you can actually try the kit on before you buy, this store hasn't got changing rooms, but I'm not shy, and the whole point of a dry suit, is to have it over your normal kit, so, I only really needed to take my boots off.Plenty of parking, also plenty of boating kit too.Very pleasant gent served me, and I honestly can't sing TridentUK praises enough!Fantastic and thank you so so much.

Just received my made to measure drysuit and really pleased with the quality. Fits perfectly and delivered really quickly. Customer care was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Can't recommend this company enough.

Has to be the worst customer service I've experienced for a long time. for a North East company, I would have expected far better.I needed the seals replacing on my Dry Suit. A couple of friends had identical dry suits repaired at TridentUK.I contacted Trident, explained what needed doing in an email, and they said they were happy to do it. Took it in and left it with them (a 30 mile round trip) . Had a call a week later to say they couldn't do it. I asked why and they said it was 'probably' too difficult. Evasive and ambiguous and not an acceptable answer. When pressed, they still couldn't say.Went to pick it up (unrepaired) and the owner of TridentUK was at the counter. I explained why I wasn't happy, but he was equally vague. When i asked for clarification, he stated 'I don't know what the problem is, but if we can't do it, we can't do it' . If I could give Zero stars I would. Luckily I have found another North East company (A dive centre in Boldon Colliery) who are more than happy to do it. Companies like Trident really don't deserve the custom if that's the way they treat there customers. Avoid like the plague !

If you are not in the UK DO NOT use this company. They are clueless. They charged me Irish VAT on top of UK VAT and then the courier charged me Irish VAT again plus handling. So 3 lots of VAT. So where did the UK and Irish VAT go? Not to HMRC or the Irish Revenue. Also didn’t convert from GBP to EUR. Emailed them and got nothing back.

Excellent shop. Great prices, especially compared to what I've been quoted on the south coast. Very nice people to deal with.
