Can’t recommend enough. From the initial phone call he was with us within the hour where we had broken down (daughter hit a curb!) Wheel whipped off and replaced - the service and communication was outstanding but I was even more amazed at the price quoted. Best value for money in York! Thank you!

I’ve just used M.S Autos York for the first time for a service & MOT and would highly recommend. The customer service is exceptional, any bits that needed doing were fully explained and it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again.

My Volkswagen Passat needed a full service and the rear pads were completely shot, so I booked Mike in on an afternoon to get it all sorted. He came out and discovered that the rear discs were also dead and needed replacing. He then;- Ordered the discs- Performed the whole service on my driveway, which was very convenient as I was WFH- Received and fitted the discsHe did it all in three hours, and for a very reasonable price, all things considered.He's friendly, professional, competent and affordable, and I will be calling him again next time there's a problem.

Phoned on Tuesday and was fitted in first thing Thursday.Excellent service he was there bang on time I would thoroughly recommend.Reasonably priced for the work undertaken.Any other car problems when visiting York he's the man I will call

Really lovely chap and a fantastic mechanic, talked us through exactly what he was going to do and why. Got the parts very quickly and did the job at a very fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service. We made an SOS call with a severe vibration on a 1968 MG. He was with us within 20mins and diagnosed a bust propshaft UJ. Then followed us as we limped home to make sure we were ok. Not a roadside fix but he did all he could to help us. Nick
