Their gym mats are the hardest in the market but they don't mention that in the description and then refuse to even make a contribution to the cost of returning them. Very poor customer service. You think you are going to a high quality brand but they are just like the rest, save your money and shop elsewhere.

I had a reaaonably good time with there customer service team at the start I felt like I was being avoided but at the end they apologized and then gave me a replacement GI for the one I tore

I phoned up on a Monday morning and drove down to the warehouse. Even though the staff were flat out sorting orders from the weekend, they still gave me time to try on a few rash guards and Gi's.Chuffed to bits with the quality of the kit.Thanks a load, Rich.

I have ordered already several times at tatami. I ordered a Gi for my son and several days later I saw on their page that there was a huge 30% sale. So I have e-mailed them to ask if they can also apply the sale on my purchased Gi. It was no problem and they’ve refunded the difference. I love tatami and their service and they have turned me into an even more loyal customer.
