My daughter and I visited the showroom this morning. Lewis and Vicky were very helpful, listened to what I was looking for , showed us the products and then left us with a lovely coffee and biscuits to discuss my options. At no time did I feel rushed or pushed into a decision and the whole experience was excellent. Well done Lewis and Vicky.

Called in on a Sunday afternoon, greeted by Andrew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to try out various scooters and was shown how to dismantle them to put in the car.I will be visiting again soon to make sure the scooter I am interested in purchasing, will fit in my own car, before ordering.

My wife and I visited today and was greeted by Andrew who was very friendly and helpful, he demonstrated several scooters and answered our many questions. I was particularly interested in finding a scooter that could easily be lifted into the boot of the car. Andrew demonstrated how it came into several pieces and I was then able to lift each piece. The visit was very pleasant and informative. Vicky was also very helpful as well.

The Brighton store had been recommended to us on visiting today we can understand why. The showroom was well organised, easy to manoeuvre around the good range of stock. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Chloe a member of staff as we arrived whilst the manager made us a cup of tea Chloe showed us the range of scooters. Chloe took the time to listen to what our needs were demonstrated the scooter and answered our questions. We made our purchase and were very happy with the overall experience. Thank you Chloe for all your help

My husband and I visited this lovely store in Lancing. We were both lacked knowledge of what we needed to buy. We were immediately greeted by Vicky and made to feel very welcome and reassured. Vicky explained a few of the mobility scooters which was very helpful. We were handed over to the Manager Andrew. Andrew was welcoming, friendly informative and very helpful. We found the experince easy going, helpful and came away with a brilliant mobility scooters to suit all of my dad's needs. Highly recommend this fab store x

Went in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a fold‐down car-friendly rollator. Very impressed how well layout is and easily found the right section. Customer service was great & i had a try on a few different designs. Very pleased that I managed to find one over £150 cheaper than a local competitor and came with accidental damage cover. Will definitely use again and recommend now I know how easy it is

Great service given by Joan at Lancing branch who explained everything to my parents and showed them the different mobility scooters. Dad was able to try one and was so impressed he purchased one. Joan answered all our questions about the scooter and provided us with all the paperwork needed. Great service all round with thanks.

My Mother & i visited the Brighton store today to buy her a mobility scooter.We were served by Joseph who was amazing !He was very knowledgeable about all the different types of scooters & very patient with us choosing one which took a long time !My mother had lots of different scooters out & rode them around the store so kept Joseph busy !!Pleased to say she went ahead and bought one and is looking forward to it arriving soon.We would highly recommend this store & Joseph and will definitely return for any other equipment my Mother requires.

What an excellent team! Vicky is incredibly helpful as is Andrew and the rest of the Brighton team. On entering the store you feel immediately welcome and realise what a huge range of items are available. We wanted to buy a lightweight transportable wheelchair and an electric reclining chair. Vicky carefully checked what we needed, explained the different options and gave us as much time as we wanted. We were under no pressure to make a decision and in fact returned the next morning to order what we needed after taking time to think things through. Thank you Vicky. It was actually a fun experience too!
