Very Rude people in general. They charged me more with there own mistake, and telling me are you alright you can go now. Tall young Naive Boy. Unbeatable what A people.

Really good wholesale shop. The new fruit and veg room is so so so good, they are now our FRV suppliers. Only reason this review isn’t 5* is the wait time at the tills. But for the price, can’t complain.

The fork lift driver service is really annoying while shopng there. He was coming to the same aisle with in 3-4 minutes time with a big horn, especially where the rice were stored. I couldn't look for any item what I was looking for. I had to leave the store without purchasing the item. Too rude. This service should be done during the night.

There was a price of 1.99 on a 5kg pack of chicken wings with 1 day left to expiry date. They passed 7.99 price at the cash register. When I asked, they said 1.99 price 1 kilogram price. I thought that I might have perceived the number 7 as 1, but according to them, I thought that the price of the 5 kg package should be about 10 pounds. Therefore, I did not want to buy the product and asked them to cancel it. When the transactions were finished, when I checked the invoice, I noticed that 3 packages of chicken wings were barcode scanned, but 1 kg each was refunded. When I asked why, they said that there was no problem and that the system worked this way. I asked for a recalculation of the products I had bought and when they recalculated it turned out that they had overcharged me by £40. I told them I couldn't shop this way and left leaving everything I had bought. They are definitely trying to rip you off. Be sure to check that everything you buy

Since Hyperama premises has been taken over I find the customer service awful. Always having to queue, not enough staff on the till or cash desk and when the staff are scanning the items they can’t find them so have to look manually. The staff seem so miserable as clearly over worked.Security standing there on his mobile phone not even watching what’s going on.40mins tea I queued to buy and pay today. Awful, it wasn’t that bad during covid time.Please make some changes. Or train staff so they can stop stacking shelves and serve.

Good verity of products available only issue I had is when ever I visit this place I have to select the product and same time take a photo off the price on shelf when you get to the cashier the prices are different every time.

Ok could be better.. checks should be done at till not when leaving as so inconvenient

3rd time they tried to rip me off ,they charged me reduced product more than original price, even I said I don't want it. And terrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!! . Always check your invoice with them

There are quite mixed reviews here depending on the staff you meet. The vast majority of them have no idea, particularly when asked where items are. Some couldn't grasp what I was looking for because they couldn't speak English. Before leaving the premises, you MUST double-check your invoice. They get the pricing wrong 8 out of 10 times. They frequently overcharged.The fork lift is rather annoying half of the time I have been there. They are always in the way and at times health and safety were not observed.

Everything is good but the lady on payment section didn’t even know what is customer service I hope the take care off this point then I can come back to change my star to 5 because everything else have 5 star ⭐️
