Caroline's Pilates.
I first started BCT Pilates in 2017 while recovering from fracturing and crushing some vertebrae in a riding accident. I knew I needed to strengthen my core to protect my back but was understandably quite nervous about doing the right thing. Caroline guided me through the classes making allowances for my back and long-standing shoulder problem. I worked within my capabilities, but always trying to achieve my best, and have gained in strength and confidence.

Best ever! I’m getting stronger every week gaining strength and mobility with each class. Caroline is a wonderful instructor always motivating us to work harder. The workouts are never the same and I can see great results! Highly recommended!

The Pilates classes are fabulous! Caroline is very knowledgeable and makes all classes fun. All abilities are welcome and if you try your quickly become addicted to Pilates. A very friendly bunch of People.

This organisation is a brilliant idea for bringing multi-racial groups of people together, learning about life in this country, and how to make connections and forge a life in North Somerset.Caroline is a very empathic, caring and communicable person, who puts her heart and soul into what she does.I personally, was one of her Pilates group for about four years, where I met some lovely people from all over the world.I also attended a few of the events she organised to bring people together in a social setting, while also promoting food and customs from other cultures.

Caroline's Pilates.
If Carlsberg did Pilates instructors... it would be the lovely Caroline! She is extremely knowledgeable (not just about Pilates) and looks after all her students. Keeping classes small (not some huge studio with a virtual instructor) certainly benefits us, as she can keep an eye on our form and correct us when we're out of shape. She always asks if anyone has any injuries or aches and pains and takes account of those and adapts routines where necessary. Simply the best!

I love going to Pilates with Caroline. It’s a fab studio and the very small groups really suit me. The style of teaching is friendly and informative. Would recommend.

Caroline's Pilates.
I started Pilates with Caroline initially to help with a shoulder injury. Her care and coaching gave me confidence and I have had no shoulder problems since. She makes the classes so inclusive and fun and I have got to know a wonderful group of people. I have learnt a lot in the classes … and I don’t mean just about Pilates!

I attend pilates with Caroline twice a week and I absolutely love it. The groups are small, the people are friendly and Caroline is superb. She is knowledgeable, compassionate kind, caring and welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble. She really does go above and beyond to help you in any way she can. Not only is Caroline an amazing Pilates instructor but she has also become a very dear friend. Caroline you are the heart and soul of Bringing Communities Together don't ever change xx ❤️ xx
