I came here first time with my dog today staff were very friendly i wil be coming here from know on my dog was comfortable with the staff i highley recommend this place and also very decent affordable prices

Lovely lady. It was mabels first time she went in shaking came out tail wagging and smiling she look beautiful.. they are very professional. Even gave me some well appreciated advice see u all again soon ladies xxx

My dog has been going for a few years and the service has unfortunately deteriorated. My dog used to come out smelling fresh and nice but not anymore. The appointments are made via text messages and the service is awful! General manners don't exist. I find the messages rude especially when I'm paying for a service!!!

Saved my dogs fur, cannot thank them enough!My Pomeranian had an extremely bad reaction to some new shampoo which cause her fur to lug and matt immensely. The lugs were extremely tight and large, and we could not get them out. We tried covering them in coconut oil but it did no help. At this point she was cover in lugs and coconut oil, and we honestly didn't think her fur could be saved. We called Diamante Dogs, explained the situation and they were able to get her in within an hour. We took her in, the lady at the counter was extremely accommodating and explained what she was going to do. We was a bit worried as she has never been to a groomer before, nor has she ever been left alone, but the groomers were extremely reassuring that she will be fine. I called up a couple of times whilst she was being worked on just to check she was okay and they answered right away and were very friendly and were more than happy to let me know how she was doing and what they were working on at that time.After around 2 hours we went to collect her, she was brought out and she looked amazing!! She looked like her old self again, all of the oil was out, her fur looked very fluffy and healthy and all of her lugs were gone. They worked wonders. There were a few patches where we originally tried to cut the lugs but they managed to cover them very well. They also trimmed her nails, paws and bum so she looked very clean and tidy! I cannot thank them enough for all they have done, we are so happy with the result and we will CERTAINLY be returning.Please do not hesitate in sending your dogs here, they are extremely kind, gentle and professional with more than reasonable prices.100% would recommend.

Our biscuit has just been for his second visit, definitely a top tier grooming service, I’m pretty sure he loves the pampering as I can now brush him myself at home without him going crazy so whatever it is you do with him clearly makes him a happy pup!! Thankyou girls x
