I purchased 3 cuts of the same key a month ago- two of them have twisted in half! Poor quality keys. Went last night to try get help as I was locked out of my flat because the second key twisted in half to find they closed early! I was there at 4.30 and it says they don’t shut till 5!

Bought my daughter some boots for her birthday and the sole has come off (shoddy work) too late to send back, came to C&K and he was able to work real magic and fix them so my daughter can wear them, unbelievably quick and excellent service. Would highly recommend and will use again. Thank you so much for making a birthday disaster avoidable.

This is by far the kindest, most efficient and reasonably priced cobblers we've ever used!I messaged Nick way back regarding some engraving for our wedding which ended up getting postponed. We dropped the bits off with the store today, the guys were really top guys and within 3 hours we were called to collect them :).Super speedy and absolutely top quality work and service! We are made up - thank you so much!

A* service from the owner Nick. He went hugely out of his way to solve my “dying key” issue on my Peugeot. After a failed attempt at coding the key due to a persistent error on the vehicle, and >1.5 hours of his own time, he arranged to meet me last minute for a second attempt after clearing the code at a local garage. Successfully coded a second key, using all the proper kit. The prices are extremely competitive and they have all the proper hardware and licenses to get your keys sorted. Highly recommended.

Very bad customer service, they are extremely rude. When my 6 year old son was looking at the watch straps they went straight over and told him to leave the display unit alone right in front of me. I was looking for a new strap for my watch myself, but will absolutely not use them!
