Excellent vets, efficient staff, always friendly and welcoming. Offering PetPlan, too, which is brilliant.

Extremely disappointed. Prescription has taken over 5 days to get for our dog. First time we called, they didn't even put it through. They close at random times in the day and just put a note out, instead of updating their working hours. This can be extremely frustrating for anyone taking time off work to pick up something up. Any time we have taken our dog for treatment it has been really expensive and the support on looking after pets is awful. Any follow up check ups taking 5 minutes will cost you at least £30 (not including medication). When we took our puppy here for their first check up, no one thought to mention any schedule for medication such as worming, ticks and fleas. They will not state that they have not supplied these for the dogs in the yearly checkup so you find out the hard way.The staff is friendly but the actual service in getting things we need has been really upsetting, especially for the cost. I have seen them state they are not taking any new registrations to supply the current ones the best service but seems like they cannot handle the amount they have anyway.

Very friendly practice, no surprising added costs, everything thoroughly explained from start to finnish. My 2 dogs happily walk in, and to me that says it all.

I would highly recommend Acorn (Hangleton). Very friendly staff. They're all very compassionate (which you need when it comes to beloved pets). My favourite is Margaret. She has had a lot to do with my 15 year old tortoise shell cat, who is actually operating on my Jasmine as I type! If you value your animals, you'll go to Acorn!

Highly recommend this vet, they have been so responsive and helpful. Sadie, in particular, has been lovely in helping us sort out vetinary paperwork for our lurcher Mabel.

After many years with my animals literally thousands of visits to many vets I was absolutely disgusted by the treatment of my Frenchy by Acorn easily the worst experience ever,

Great experience here - we booked a same day appointment for a dog bite after our usual Acorn location was full. Both the receptionist and vet were very friendly and compassionate, and my dog seemed very comfortable there despite the circumstances of our visit (more comfortable than she usually is at the vet!). Thank you again!
