Received fantastic service form C Wynne Jones. Wanted particular sized candle holders that were 'sold out' on website and which I had purchased from them before. Dropped them a note to ask when/if they would be getting any more in. Was offered a sample of the closest size of which I accepted. Later I received a note to say they had found 9 in the warehouse. They duly arrived with the other sample holder. Great service. It pays to support small family run businesses. Thank you Haf and Team.

Friendly family run business. Although prices aren’t marked they are happy to help and I’ve learnt you can just trust everything is priced well. Particularly good suppliers of the best priced jars in addition to all things beekeeping.

Every single communication with this little company has been a positive one.The lovely lady who answers always generously sends out free samples to make sure the sizing is right, and is always mega helpful and so polite.I'm hoping they will stock other pet bottles I buy from else where so I can buy from them instead. Have recommended them to lots of family and friends too.Will continue to use for many years.Thank you.
