The desserts here are good. Good value for money and great portions. However, the service is appalling. Staff are not properly trained, everyone is confused. If any requests are made they are not delivered promptly. Any adjustments to orders can take up-to 40 minutes.

Zarah is amazing … she recommended me flower pot grow up thingy. I must say It was the nicest nimbu desert I ever had the fortune to have. Highly recommend it.What’s especially nice about her.. is that she remembered my name when I returned.

Nice little dessert spot tucked away in the corner of Gallions reach... Lovely pistachio Gelato. £4.50 for two scoops. Friendly staff. RECOMMEND.

The food was very tasty.We ordered a croffle, a waffle, a cookie dough and a milkshake.Surprisingly, some of our food came straight away! Service was also friendly aswell.The waffle was very sweet with juicy fruits.Our cookie dough, we had to wait around 30mins +; due to first one being burnt; though we were the only seated customers.As an apology for the long wait, gave us a Trio Passion Fruit flavoured Mochi Ice-cream which was delicious.

Nice and clean place. Desserts were nice although a bit pricey. The Chai and cream latte was not nice at all so wouldn’t recommend that. Friendly staff. The toilets were out of service. Plenty of parking close by.

Friendly and polite staff,Good decor and atmosphere,Food well presented,Milk cakes were good I wish we had only got these…However, we got two maple chai & cream lattes for £4.95 each and these were terrible! Only took a sip and found it to be unbearably sweet and bitter.. None of my family members wanted it because it was so sickening. I did tell the waitress but she just said she will pass this on to the manager. I would have expected more to resolve this but we didn’t have time to wait around and complain to the manager.

Very Very Disappointing Service and Watermelon Mojito. Such a waste of money.Lovely place to sit for dessert in east London. Multiple choice we can choose.Staff was really friendly and helpful. Cafe looks very clean and tidy.Never recommended friends and family.

We went here for desert, it was very nice with a good atmosphere, wide range of options to choose from… Except they didn’t have the recently trending “Sebastian cheesecake”. Order via the app to get £5 off your 2nd order.

Slightly disappointed with the service on this particular visit - we waited over 40 minutes for our order to arrive. ( 2 x Blueberry french toast pudding and 1 x Maple Latte)Once we eventually got the puddings - we did enjoy the desserts.The maple latte was overly sweet couldn’t taste the coffee…. It wasn’t worth the £4.95. I will not be ordering that again.Decor and atmosphere is done up nice.Note: my previous experience was better. Hoping this experience was just a one off.
