After a disastrous attempt to sell our property through a bigger local estate agent, we were lucky enough to find them. Adam and Jessica were very supportive and professional in their approach and gave advice which helped us to sell the property within a week. In comparison, the other estate agent had our property for 4-5 months with only 1 offer.Highly recommended for anyone who would need a good and quick sale.

I can't recommend Adam at Hunter & Co enough. He sold us our first home and made the process seamless and stress-free, and even had a welcome food package using local produce waiting for us on moving day. So it was a no brainer calling him again when it came time to sell the house. The onward chain was awful and stressful and delayed our own sale by over a year, but Adam made sure the sale of our house was the opposite. Due to the delays we lost two buyers but each time he put it back on the market very quickly and made sure he only showed to serious and committed buyers. Each time we got a new offer within a couple of days. If we ever do move again, we would go with Hunter & Co, who definitely had the personal touch and warmth other bigger agencies did not.

My new wife Katie and I were looking for our first home together in the autumn of 2018. We looked around a lot of the places in the local area and found our new property through Hunter & Co which we love! We really appreciated the time Adam took in listening to what we wanted from our property and he showed us a few places that he recommended. We had used other estate agents to view properties but some didn't seem have the time to have the time to really engage with their clients like Adam, which is probably why our top 2 houses both came from Hunter & Co. We also really appreciated Adam's honesty and opinion when showing us his properties.Once we decided on the house Adam helped us with the negotiation and soon enough our offer was accepted! He then introduced us to a mortage broker who we also loved! Got a great deal without a charge for us (but that's another story) and introduced us to a soliciting firm. 4 months later we were in! No hiccups. A tiny delay on finally completing but that was to do with some issues further on in the chain.We are completely satisfied with Hunter & Co and Adam's excellent service and even happier with our new home! We recently sold our house through Hunter and Company and were very impressed with the service we received from our agent, Adam. He has excellent local knowledge and was able to really promote the village, community and area to buyers. He arranged professional photos and video walkthroughs of our house at our convenience and managed to sell it in a short time despite market challenges. He also gave us honest and balanced advice when negotiating both the sale of our property and purchase of another, which helped us to complete our chain and make our move. Adam and Jess went above and beyond with the sale of our house. Only a week after the house went on the market we had accepted an offer. This was down to Adam and Jess’ attention to detail, the excellent photos, their communication and their motivation. All this during a pandemic and the restrictions on viewings which Adam handled perfectly.Our buyers had to exchange and complete on the same day and when something went wrong with the transfer of funds (entirely outside of Adam and Jess’s control) Adam’s communication between ourselves, our buyers and the estate agent for our purchase put everyone at ease. Despite completing a day late it may well have been worse had Adam not been on the phone constantly with all parties.Highly recommend!

We were so impressed with Adam when we had a viewing with him at a house that we decided to use Hunter & Company for the sale of our own property. We are so pleased we did. We couldn't have wished for a smoother process. He was always on hand for all our questions and was extremely professional throughout.
