Had a small picture mounted and framed at Finecraft. Jenny was super helpful and knew exactly which colours would work well with the print!! Finished product is fab and I would definitely recommend

I took in an old certificate of my father's for framing and Jenny was very helpful and really knowledgeable in her craft and knew exactly what was right for the certificate. Great customer service and excellent value from Finecraft and would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Such a fantastic job! I needed an embroidery sampler framed for my friends new baby (born during lockdown) and Jenny did a fabulous job mounting and framing the picture remotely for me! She has made a fantastic job of it and was very quick at helping us out! Thank you for your work! :D

Amazing customer service. I’ve gotten 6 different pictures framed here and every single one has surpassed my expectations. Jenny helped me find the perfect frames and did each job to perfection.She was so careful with my work and the customer service was excellent.Went out of her way to help and get it done without a long wait.I would recommend everyone use finecraft.

I have had a number of pictures and paintings framed at Finecraft and am so happy with how they have all turned out. The frames are of such excellent quality and they have a huge selection. Jenny and Gill are so passionate about what they do and nothing is too much to ask. They will take their time to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Took a print and 2 patches to get framed. Customer service was excellent and the choice of frames and mounts was great. Glad to get my picture framed and hung on my wall. If I need anything framed in future, I will use Finecraft again.

Will never return!The colour of the frame was awful to begin with, apparently the catalog not matching the colour in real life . Very disappointed of the service, they tried to stain a sample and awful quality again. I was basically told in the shop it’s nothing they can do and this is their best, considering we’ve spent over £500… Very very disappointed !

Finecraft Picture Framing
My husband went in with a few bits from one of his tours away (I can't remember where) they were extremely helpful and he was looking forward to picking it up.Unfortunately my husband is away again so I picked it up for him, I'm very surprised how great his picture has turned out.These people have done a fantastic job and I'm thinking of getting a picture done for myself.
