Lucy was excellent with a very nervous cat. It is clear she is highly experienced and cares for the animals. Her professionalism was excellent. I cannot recommend her enough.

Lucy visited promptly today to help my very elderly cat Sparky with matted fur that my own veterinary practice were not able to resolve. Lucy was professional and went at Sparky’s pace and was able to remove the majority of the problematic fur. Cannot recommend Lucy enough and will certainly be using her services again. Thank you!

Lucy was absolutely brilliant with my Daphne. She came to do a nail cut and Daphne is very wary of new people and very yappy. Lucy was so patient with her and put her at ease. Highly recommend this lady.

We were so happy to finally find someone our Morty was comfortable with. She was absolutely wonderful with him and allowed everything to go at a pace that he was comfortable with so he never got stressed out. We will be booking trims for him on a regular basis.

Our pet, Morty, is a 'rescue dog' and is either very skittish or extremely excitable around new people. However, Lucy was amazing in making him feel comfortable. Within minutes he was acting as if he'd known her for years - she clearly knew how to get his attention and gain his trust. She did a brilliant job of his very overgrown nails and he is so much calmer now that he is not being irritated by his feet anymore. I gladly recommend this service.
