My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Edinburgh. This place exceeded our expectations. We had a magnificent stay here. The staff are lovely and approachable, the room is comfy and clean, and it is close to the airport and the town. We will definitely keep coming back here.

Staff were very good. It is almost WINTER, however, the quilt was very light in this very small room. The shower tray is blocked - this should be checked and cleared more frequently. There was no soap in the bathroom shower, which was the smallest cubicle I had the misfortune to use

I arrived much earlier than check in time and the reception manager was able to get me my room early, thanks so much for doing that.Room was spotless, suitable for my purpose and good in room facilities.I had breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was just average with the food having been left under the heating lamps for too long and a lot of it was very dry / overheated.All things considered, I would definitely recommend the Toby Edinburgh for a stay.

Staff, food and room were all brilliant. Nice and clean and well laid out. The tv was restrictive on channels and features, being a smart tv it would be useful to be able to use apps like Netflix etc. Angela and Simone were very friendly every morning and Kieran made a very pleasant check-in experience

Nice room and en suite. Quiet even though on main road.Have only given 4 for service as they weren't letting more people into dining room even though it was 8.30pm and we had come from airport after our evening flight had been cancelledWe also weren't told how to get back in via the back door once we had gone out for dinner and the bar was closed when we arrived back.

We had a two night stay 21st till 23rd Aug booked bed and breakfast, and for during the festival excellent value for money.We honestly cannot fault this place at all. Lovely clean,airy comfortable rooms and all you can eat breakfast that sets you up perfectly for the day All staff were so helpful and pleasant but a wee special shout out to Angela and Simona at breakfast and (i would like to say Anne,father is night porter ) who were so lovely chatting to and giving us local info for buses and what to see.We ate in one night for the carvery and thoroughly enjoyed our fayre and was well looked after by Dom, would definitely recommend booking as it does get busy, and for the quality and amount of food for that price....No Wonder.Neil and Caterina....we will return.

Overall great place to stay! It is a bit confusing to find where to check in, the room was very small but very cozy and clean. And even so close to the city centre, the bus stop was right there by the entrance.

The rooms where perfect, amazing big bed is a winner and the bathrooms really smart, modern, very clean and i loved the shower.And i loved the bar and carvery where just underneath. The carvery was fantastic as was the breakfast .The staff were sharp, profesional and very attentitive. Parking was a dream .Cannot fault . Thank you !!!!

Was a lovely room with comfortable beds and lovely clean bathroom. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to staying again. The room was off the main corridor and quiet.

On arrival, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, the room was small, but the bathroom area was big, the whole room and bathroom was spotlessAll the staff always spoke to you, and couldn't fault any thing.The breakfast was really good, but we didn't have the Carvery, as we were site seeing.Having a bus stop outside was just perfect, and the staff let us know what bus to get into Edinburgh, and told us where we need to get of the bus.It was very quiet and not loud music and it was a lovely relaxing weekend
