We were four all together 11 years old and 7 years old. Room size was good even small beds weren’t comfortable. I gave 4 star because shower curtain smelt bad. I put (Top me up) sign at the door to get room cleaned. Apart from new towels nothing was done when we returned. I wanted to give them feedback but no one was at the reception when we were checking out. Location was good. WiFi was expensive after first free hour.

Great stay for 2 nights while visiting Scotland for BBC radio1 big weekend in Dundee. Nice central location between Dundee and Edinburgh. Location is brilliant - next to a mcdonalds, garage, Asian restaurant and a brewers fayre just across the roundabout (3 min walk). Staff were friendly and the rooms were what to expect from a travelodge. Plenty of parking and clean & tidy hotel

While the room was pleasant,big and very clean I thought there was enough room for a small table to go with the chairs,my opinion lol,the bathroom is OK but with the size of the bedroom the bathroom could have been bigger,the bath was way to small,I'm 5.2 and couldn't lay and relax the day away which I love,I would definitely come back but would ask for a walk in shower,I've got arthritis so it was a struggle to climb in the bath only to find out I couldn't relax.

Helpful staff and very clean rooms. Handy location for a wedding in Balbirnie house. No food but found a great cafe nearby, the Robertson Art Cafe about 3 minutes walk away.
