Ive never experienced broadband that drops as much as theirs. Goes down a few times every single day. Gigabit download is nowhere near the advertised speed either, barely hits 300 at times

Scummy business practices, worst wifi rubbish service, rubbish customer support, feel bad for the people who have to use this service. Cancel your high speed optional service? Doesn’t matter they’ll charge you anyway then take away your internet speeds. Want a refund? They’ll ignore you till you go away. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely awful service. Wifi disconnects almost daily without a sign, and only reconnects anywhere between ten minutes to several hours later. They don't do anything about it if you call as well, if you get them to answer the phones that is.

Unfortunately this is the only internet on offer in our building, Terrible internet connectivity and their contact number makes you wait in a fake que which then hangs up on you once your at the front of the que. Bunch of gangsters. Would not reccomend

Poor service. The Wi-Fi drops out constantly and even when it does connect the speeds are unbearably slow and then instantly drops out after a minute. They claim to fix things but in fact nothing changes or is made worse. Very un helpful and very slow. Even Ask4 is a better provider

Never ever works, blames the customer when it’s clearly issues on their end. Whole blocks out at a time in an apartment building. Constantly something wrong that they claim they have fixed but it never actually gets fixed.

5 star service from the first phone call to installation and go live. The switch from my current provider was also handled very efficiently. Got connection all sorted within 5 working days. Great service will definitely recommend.
