I've joined Kathryn's amazing Mumma Rebuild class after having my daughter via c-section and can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience. Kathryn is so knowledgeable and I love her approach. She takes things slowly to help build confidence, is so patient and I love that I can bring my daughter to class too - made even easier by how thoughtful Kathryn is bringing toys for the babies :-) She even manages to personalize our training within class by coming round to each person in turn. I feel so much better and stronger since going to her classes and I treasure that time each week to meet other mums and invest back in my body. She's amazing and I would encourage anyone to try out one of her classes / sessions!

Kathryn is the best PT I’ve ever had, she is amazing. Kathryn has put/ continues to put so much effort into preparing for each of your sessions/ my fitness program. She is incredibly dedicated, motivating and supportive. I love how she not only focuses on fitness but also on overall wellness, which has been an added benefit of working with her - I feel better physically and mentally from working with Kathryn! She challenges me in the best way possible, Is always on hand for quick support/ questions in between sessions. I cannot recommend Kathryn enough - if you want to reach your fitness goals and work with an incredibly supportive and knowledgeable PT - definitely use her!

Kathryn is absolutely fantastic. She takes a customised approach for each person she works with ensuring you meet your goals but also helping remove any negative mindsets they may have around health and fitness. I had a very unhealthy way of looking at food and working out, but she has helped me change this mindset and so achieve my goals and feel better about myself. She has also helped me strengthen my glutes and my ankles - i was spraining my ankles frequently but with her help this has stopped. I really look forward to my sessions with Kathryn and I thoroughly recommend her.

After struggling post birth with pelvic floor symptoms, and feeling low in confidence with respect to building exercise and running back into my life, I was delighted to be introduced to the Mumma Rebuild sessions.Kathryn is a wonderful trainer who clearly is passionate about what she does and takes the time and effort to ensure each and every individual in the class is exercising safely and correctly to rehab back after pregnancy and giving birth. The exercises are targeted to building up both pelvic floor strength and overall body strength and I am feeling so much stronger after attending for the last few weeks.I’ve also really enjoyed the classes and have met some lovely mums. I would recommend these classes to anyone who is looking to start exercise post birth.

I was looking for a way to get back into exercising after having my second child. I wasn’t sure where to start, what to do or how hard to push my body. Kathryn has given me the tools to start building up strength again. Her Mumma Rebuild sessions are brilliant and she takes great care of the individual, in terms of adjusting your posture, suggestions on breathing and she provides varied exercises which support, but also challenge your body within reason. She’s always available with suggestions or advice and being a mum herself, she understands the issues that you might be faced with. I’d recommend these sessions to anyone I come across!

I’ve been training with Kathryn since 4 months post-partum, in preparation for my wedding next month. Kathryn took the time to understand my goals, developed a bespoke training programme for me that is reviewed monthly, and really ensures that my form is on point. I feel so much stronger, and appreciate her support in helping me get back into shape after pregnancy. I highly recommend Kathryn if you’re looking for a personal trainer who understands pregnancy and being a mum!

Kathryn’s classes have been fantastic for getting me back into exercise postpartum. She is extremely approachable and welcoming, amongst the busy class of other ladies she ensures your form is strong and any exercises are adapted for your needs as required. I’ve enjoyed Kathryn’s classes so much that I am now also doing 1:1 PT sessions with her too which have been great. Kathryn explains the areas of focus in each exercise in layman’s terms so that you can really visualise and understand what you’re aiming for - which for me has been great!

I massively recommend Mumma Rebuild for all new mums wanting to get active again. Kathryn is incredibly supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to ensure each individual gets the most out of each class. I really appreciate her regular adjustments to my technique. My baby has been unsettled in the classes on a number of occasions and this has never been an issue for anyone there. Definitely recommend!

I have been lucky enough to work with Kathryn for over two years. My initial goal was to lose some lockdown weight and feel more healthy. Not only have I been able to achieve my weight loss goals, but Kathryn has helped develop my body confidence and improve my overall well-being. I am stronger, healthier, and happier because she has helped me prioritise self-care through regular training. My stamina and endurance have all improved as we focused on incremental changes and gradual progression. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she has taught me how to be kinder to myself.Kathryn is knowledgeable, attentive, kind and wonderful to work with. I have been doing Kathryn’s Mumma Rebuild classes and highly recommend. She makes it easy getting back into fitness as baby can come along too. She is super knowledgeable on PP recovery and is very conscious everyone in the class is at different stages of PP and provides different options/levels for each exercise. Going to miss the classes when I go back to work!
